Our mirrors are produced by spraying a uniform layer of silver nitrate onto the surface of the highest quality, thoroughly cleaned annealed float glass. Afterwards the silver layer is protected from oxidation by depositing a layer of copper. The copper layer is in turn coated with two backing paints which contain anticorrosive pigments for further protection and higher durability.
Available in both aluminum or silver, our mirrors can easily be cut, edged, beveled, and carved. Using 4 sided beveling machinary and CNC carving and special shaping technology, we provide you pre-fabricated mirrors exactly according to your design specifications. |
